PARKERSBURG – The following cases appeared in Wood County Magistrate Court on Nov. 23:

* Ernest Wade Boley, 37, 2805 Birch St., Lot 25, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a felony charge of third-offense driving under suspension and was released on $5,000 bond.

* John David Barnette, 46, 33 Fairway Acres, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of public intoxication, disorderly conduct and battery of a police officer and was released on $1,000 bond.

* Tammara Kay Briggs, 27, 16 Scarce Fat Road, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of conspiracy to commit petit larceny and was released on $1,000 bond.

* Samantha Louise Nelson, 24, 1008 14th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and was released on $1,000 bond.

* Johnathon Carl Forshey, 24, 4816 Second Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on an obstructing charge and was released on $500 bond.

* Rachel Lynn Culver, 31, 520 Grantsville Road, Little Hocking, was arraigned on charges of possession of less than 15 grams of a controlled substance and shoplifting and was released on $500 bond.

* Paul Ryan Propst, 27, 1 Lynnwood Drive, Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of driving while impaired and was released on $1,650 bond.

* William R. Deem, 52, 1116 46th St., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of second-offense driving while impaired and was released on $2,650 bond.

* Kyle Edwin Ashcraft, 21, 1623 Spider Ridge Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of driving while impaired and was released on $1,650 bond.

* Brenda Lee Bailey, 44, 1111 Lynn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense driving under suspension and was released on $1,000 bond.

* Carol Lynn Anderson, 40, 141 Pine Ave., Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of driving while impaired and was released on $1,650 bond.

* Amy Dawn Abshire, 38, 1416 32nd St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a petit larceny charge and was released on $1,000 bond.

* Adam Wesley Haught, 27, 315 Rummer St., Marietta, was arraigned on a charge of leaving the scene of an accident and was released on $1,000 bond.

* Joseph King, 24, 1127 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and was released on $500 bond.

* Jason Bryan Cline, 25, 38 Riggs Run Road, Elizabeth, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and was released on $1,000 bond.

* Alan Michael Tracewell, 29, 15684 Emerson Ave., Waverly, was arraigned on a charge of driving while impaired with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.15 percent and was released on $2,000 bond.

* Jesse C. Waggoner, 34, 606 Sixth Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and was released on $1,000 bond.

* Eric Wayne Tennant, 22, 206 Forest Way, Waverly, was arraigned on charges of fleeing, second-offense driving under the influence, driving under suspension and possession of less than 15 grams of a controlled substance and was released on $4,000 bond.

* Ronald Lee Rake, 44, 605 Sixth Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of permitting DUI, disorderly conduct, obstructing and public intoxication and bond was set at $2,500.

* James Daniel Cox, 32, 100 Boaz Gardens Drive, Apt. 48, Williamstown, was arraigned on charges of driving under suspension, improper registration and no proof of insurance and was released on $1,500 bond.

* Kathryn Jo Demidovich, 26, 111 Glen Abby Lane, Morgantown, was arraigned on a second-offense shoplifting charge and was released on $500 bond.

* Ronald Todd Grimm, 28, 4107 Ninth Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to telephone harassment, was sentenced to 30 days in jail and was assessed $205.25 in court costs.

* Kenneth J. Alton, 48, 2106 17th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was assessed $433.25 in fines, court costs and restitution.

* Natalie Annette Schroeder, 18, 3618 Packard St., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to battery, was sentenced to 60 days in jail suspended for one year of probation and was assessed $180.25 in court costs.

* Jessie James Caplinger, 33, 1406 14th Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to DUI, was sentenced to time served and was assessed $335.25 in fines and court costs.

* Jamie Shane Nichols, 39, 4411 Packard St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving under suspension and was assessed $260.25 in fines and court costs. He also pleaded guilty to possession of less than 15 grams of a controlled substance, was assessed $160.25 in court costs and his sentence was deferred for six months probation.

* Rayneshia Kiara Daniels, 25, 62 Branam Drive, Apt. 25, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to no seat belt and was fined $25.

* James Matthew Bunner, 33, Route 1 Box 75, Petroleum, pleaded guilty to possession of an unauthorized access device, was sentenced to 90 in days jail and was assessed $225.07 in court costs and restitution.

* James Eugene Mathers, 68, 133 Hendershot Lane, Walker, pleaded guilty to no seat belt and was fined $25.

* Patricia Burdette, 61, 630 Club Drive, Washington, W.Va., pleaded guilty to permitting fire to escape and was assessed $460.25 in fines and court costs.

* Marc R. Weaver, 66, 2304 Morningside Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to public intoxication and was assessed $165.25 in fines and court costs.

* Parrish Deumorea Gulley, 32, 407 13th St., Apt. B, Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to speeding and was assessed $190.25 in fines and court costs.

* Joshua Robert Wilson, 33, 1419 19th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of second-offense driving under suspension and possession of less than 15 grams of a controlled substance and was released on $2,000 bond.

* Benjamin Atkinson, 38, 912 33rd St., Vienna, was arraigned on a DUI charge and was released on $1,000 bond.

* Steven L. Polsley, 34, 2711 Fairview Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and was released on $1,000 bond.
