PARKERSBURG – The following cases appeared in Wood County Magistrate Court on Feb. 9:
* Mark Allen Carey, 51, 117 Dean St., Marietta, was arraigned on charges of third-offense driving under suspension and no insurance and was released on $1,500 bond.
* Jacob Cullen Addis, 32, 904 Price Road, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on charges of second-offense driving under the influence and obstructing and was released on $11,000 bond.
* James Michael Wallace, 62, homeless, was arraigned on charges of obstructing and public intoxication and was released on $1,500 bond.
* Angela Sue Nutter, 36, 4357 Laurel Creek Road, Waverly, was arraigned on a false pretense charge and was released on $1,000 bond.
* Jacob Michael Fordyce, 21, 2134 Black Diamond Road, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a DUI charge and was released on $1,000 bond.
* Christopher Levi Baker, 24, 1710 31st St., Apt. 4, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstructing, speeding, driving under suspension and no proof of insurance and was released on $1,300 bond.
* Ricky Gene Newell, 54, 567 1/2 Sixth St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of second-offense domestic battery and second-offense domestic assault and was released on $20,000 bond.
* Christopher Adam Porter, 29, 4562 Schoolhouse Road, Little Hocking, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and was released on $1,000 bond.
* Delbert Ray Hall, 32, 284 Drain Road, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on two felony counts of third-offense shoplifting and his bond was set at $50,000.
* Sierra Jean Fox, 19, 520 New York Ave., Harrisville, was arraigned on a felony charge of purchasing precursor to methamphetamine and was released on $50,000 bond.
* John Paul Baxley, 29, 808 Quincy St., Apt. 1, Parkersburg, was arraigned on felony charges of operating or attempting to operate a clandestine drug lab and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and his bond was set at $200,000.
* Steven Edward Tomasik Jr., 27, 153 Dickens Road, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on felony charges of operating or attempting to operate a clandestine drug lab and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and his bond was set at $200,000.
* Amiee J. Underwood, 33, 35 Maple St., Apt. 3, Newport, was arraigned on a second-offense shoplifting charge and was released on $500 bond.
* Lee M. Counsellor, 38, 147 Rolling Hills Court, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of leaving the scene of an accident and possession of less than 15 grams of marijuana and was released on $500 bond.
* Matthew Ryan Anderson, 1906 Juliana St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to expired motor vehicle inspection and was assessed $165.25 in fines and court costs.
* Alex Nuckles, 60, 2479 Williamstown Pike, Williamstown, was arraigned on charges of keeping and storing vehicles within 1,000 feet of the nearest occupied private residence and operating or maintaining a salvage yard without a state license and was released on $500 bond.
* James Robert Bragg, 29, Route 2, Box 113B, Ripley, was arraigned on a felony charge of nighttime burglary and no bond was set.
* Jonathon Carl Forshey, 24, 4816 Second Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and was released on $500 bond.
* Michael Joe Goff, 43, 2520 Meadowview Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct, obstructing and possession of less than 15 grams of marijuana and was released on $1,000 bond.
* Samuel E. Miller, 21, 85 Sandy Creek Road, Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on a felony charge of third-degree sexual assault and a charge of DUI causing injury and was released on $12,000 bond.
* Silas Ira Willis, 27, P.O. Box 2083, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct, was sentenced to time served and was assessed $680.25 in fines and court costs.
* Lee Scott Nelson, 26, 1127 19th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of second-offense driving under suspension and no insurance and was released on $1,000 bond.
* Jeffrey A. Carnes-Jones, 47, 9125 Ohio 377, Chesterhill, was arraigned on a speeding charge and released on $500 bond.
* Heather Marie Statler, 37, 910 30th St., Apt. 2, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to petit larceny, was sentenced to six months in jail suspended for one year of probation and treatment and was assessed $160.25 in court costs. She also pleaded guilty to battery, was sentenced to five days in jail and was assessed $160.25 in court costs.
* Donald Keith Carter, 24, 10 East Hickory St., Davisville, waived his preliminary hearing on felony charges of receiving/transferring stolen property and bringing stolen property into the state and the cases were bound over to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Marcus Allen Brown, 19, 718 Ohio Ave., Apt. C, Belpre, was arraigned on charges of petit larceny and shoplifting and was released on $1,500 bond.
* Thomas Roy Butler, 40, 1306 Erie St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to secure load violation and overweight violation and was assessed $440.50 in fines and court costs.
* Sondra Nicole McCartney, 31, 2659 New England Ridge Road, Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on charges of driving under suspension, expired motor vehicle inspection and no proof of insurance and was released on $1,500 bond.
* Roseanna Dale Harbison, 19, 1306 Wells Circle, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of public intoxication, underage consumption and fleeing from police and was released on $2,000 bond.
