PARKERSBURG -- On Sept. 19, the Wood County Sheriff's Department released the following reports.
* On Sept. 15, Timothy Edward Burch, 34, of Central Drive, Vienna, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for violation of a personal safety order. He was processed then confined pending his arraignment.
* On Sept. 15, a traffic stop was conducted and a local check showed the driver to have two outstanding warrants on file with one being for violation of domestic violence protective order and the other a warrant. Roy Tranter was taken into custody and transported to the holding center. Once at the holding center, Tranter was served said warrants and a criminal complaint for an additional charge of driving on suspended licenses for three DUI offenses.
* On Sept. 16, David Eric West II, 34, of Aqua Circle was issued citations for no operator's, no insurance and improper registration.
* On Sept. 16, a traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle and upon contact with the driver the deputy detected the strong odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from inside of the vehicle. The deputy also observed an open bottle of vodka lying on the rear passenger floor in a bag. Joshua Slade Johnson, 38, of Brown Street, Ravenswood, was arrested on charge of aggravated DUI.
* On Sept. 16, a citation was issued to Linsey Nicole Fought, 23, of 10th Street, Vienna, for no insurance.
* On Sept. 16, Patience Nicole Gibson, 20, of Lakeview Drive turned herself in on an outstanding warrant for receiving or transferring stolen goods issued out of Monongalia County. She was arraigned where she posted bond and was released.
* On Sept. 16, a citation was issued to Tiffany Lynn Gibson-Mackey, 29, of Pike Street for driving on suspended license.
* On Sept. 16, deputies responded to Davisville Road in reference to a single-vehicle crash involving a four wheeler. Upon arrival the driver was observed to be walking around and stated that a deer had run out in front of him causing him to strike the deer and lose control of the ATV. A citation was issued to Brandon Scott Parsons, 20, of East Oak Street, Davisville, for driving on a lined road.
* On Sept. 17, a citation was issued to Alisa Ann Griener, 54, of Meadville Road, Davisville, for possession of less than 15 grams of marijuana.
* On Sept. 17, a deputy responded to a single-vehicle crash on Old St. Marys Pike where a vehicle had lost control on the wet roadway and went onto the berm, rolling over and coming to a rest against a tree line. A citation was issued to the driver Tracy Lynn Schultheisz, 39, of Westview Way for driving on suspended license and no insurance.
* On Sept. 17, a citation was issued to Timi Ann Gibson-Wade, 20, of Keith Street for driving on suspended license and no proof of insurance.
* On Sept. 17, a deputy responded to Newberry Drive in reference to a burglary that had already occurred. The complainant reported that an unknown person or persons had made entry into his residence through the front window and removed his credit card and a full jar of change. The investigation is ongoing.
* On Sept. 17, a deputy responded to 4th Avenue in reference to a burglary that had already occurred. The complainant reported that upon returning to the residence she observed the house to be in disarray with things thrown around. Items missing include three televisions, a child's trampoline, kids clothing, pictures and makeup; some lighting equipment was also damaged. The deputy located on the side porch a television and near the back door another television and a cloth bag of makeup. The investigation is ongoing.
* On Sept. 17, a citation was issued to Brian M. Koscho, 34, of Maple Street, Athens for speeding.
* On Sept. 17, a citation was issued to Robin Grier, 58, of Binns Road, Buckhannon for speeding.
* On Sept. 17, a citation was issued to Julie Dawn Dunn, 54, of Grandview Street for shoplifting and possession of less than 15 grams of marijuana.
* On Sept. 17, a citation was issued to Landry B. Smith, 31, of Devaughn Road, Walker for driving on suspended license and no seatbelt.
* On Sept. 18, a deputy checked the area of Fort Boreman Park in reference to a male subject who had been reported as a disorderly subject by a complainant. The deputy located the vehicle pulled into the park after the posted hours the park is closed. The vehicle drove past the deputy and accelerated at a high rate of speed toward the exit to the park. A traffic stop was made and upon contact with the driver the deputy detected the odor of alcohol coming from his person. Charles Patrick Graham, 51, of Washington Avenue was arrested on charge of DUI.
* On Sept. 18, Nichole Amber Smarr, 33, of Crescent Street was arrested on outstanding warrant for shoplifting and possession of controlled substance.
* On Sept. 18, Jeremy Wayne Jones, 36, of Muskie Way, Elizabeth, was arrested on outstanding warrants for fraudulent use of an access device, fraudulent use of an access device and a burglary warrant issued out of Wirt County.
* On Sept. 19, deputies responded to Williamstown Pike in reference to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival the front door was open and when the deputy walked up on the porch the door was slammed in his face. The deputy swung the door back open and observed there to be dark red marks around the female's neck and observed the male to be in the kitchen. The deputy advised the male there was an outstanding warrant on file for him and as he attempted to handcuff the subject he began to pull away, the female then attempted to stop the other deputy from assisting and was advised several times to stop. Nathan Lee Flinn, 33, of Williamstown Pike was arrested on charges of domestic battery, obstructing an officer and the outstanding warrant for domestic battery. Teresa Irene Hall, 25, of Williamstown Pike was arrested on charges of obstructing an officer.
