Members of the late Ronald Kincaid’s family gathered at Parkersburg High School on Saturday for the dedication of the Navy Junior Reserve Officers Training building in his name.

The Parkersburg High School Navy Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps presented colors while during the National Anthem at Saturday’s dedication of the NJROTC building to the school’s program founder, and former principal, the late Ronald Kincaid. He was the second longest tenured principal in the history of PHS, serving from 1972-1988. Kincaid was in the U.S. Air Force, before his time as principal, and established the NJROTC unit at PHS in 1985.
