PARKERSBURG -- A Parkersburg man pleaded guilty this morning to second-degree murder in the death of his girlfriend’s 16-month-old son.
William Travis Schoonover, 40, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail entered the plea this morning before Wood County Circuit Court Judge Robert Waters. He faces 10 to 40 years in prison when he is sentenced on April 30.
