PARKERSBURG – Home Helpers of the Mid-Ohio Valley has been named a Certified-Trusted Provider from Home Care Pulse.
“This distinction just further shows the dedication and the compassion that Home Helpers of the MOV has for its diverse client base,” owner Rob Christie said. “We are honored to be recognized in such a manor.
Certified Trusted Providers have contracted with Home Care Pulse to gather and report feedback from clients by conducting live random phone interviews with a percentage of their clients each month. Because Home Care Pulse is an independent third-party company, it is able to collect unbiased feedback without outside influence.
“We want to commend Home Helpers of the MOV for receiving the Certified-Trusted Provider distinction,’ said Aaron Marcum, CEO and founder of Home Care Pulse. “Home Care Pulse awards this distinction to providers who are actively gathering feedback from their clients each month and using that feedback to improve the quality of care they provide. By choosing a Certified-Trusted Provider to care for the loved ones, families can be reassured that their provider is dedicated to quality home care.”
Clients rate their provider services in areas including timeliness of caregivers, services being provided as promised, compassion of caregivers and over all quality of care. Clients can also provide feedback to the provider.
“Our goal at Home Care Pulse is to empower home care businesses to reach their goals and deliver the best home care possible,” said Aaron Marcum, CEO and founder of Home Care Pulse. “We are happy to recognize Home Helpers of the MOV as a Certified-Trusted Provider and we applaud their commitment to client satisfaction.
