Kathy Mae Shaffer

Kathy Mae Shaffer, 74 of Coolville, Ohio died on October 10, 2025 at the Belpre ER in Belpre, Ohio. She was born on June 22, 1951 and was the daughter of the late Frank Ellis and Opal Mae Shafer. She had worked for Moe’s Mini Storage.

Survivors include her husband of 58 years, Woodrow (Woody) Shaffer of Coolville, Ohio, a son, David (Lutricia) Shaffer of Cutler, Ohio, a daughter, Cynthia (Donald) Lee of Tipp City, Ohio, grandchildren, David, Courtney, Ashley, Megan, Malcolm and a great granddaughter, Lilly. Also surviving are her brothers and sisters, Frank Shafer, Camilla Morehead, Dixie Fultineer, Jackie Gray, and Sharon Walp.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a daughter, Michele Schaffer.

Services will be on Wednesday, 1:00 PM at the Leavitt Funeral Home, Belpre with Reverend Bill Harper officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday from 11:00 AM till time of services.
