PARKERSBURG — The YMCA of Parkersburg is proud to announce that local swimmer Levi Priddy captured a national title in the 100 Freestyle at the 2026 YMCA Short Course National Championship, held last week in Greensboro. In addition to his national championship performance, Priddy also placed 6th in the 100 Backstroke, further solidifying his place among the top swimmers in the country. Parkersburg South duo brings home hardware

Parkersburg South swept the hardware at the Scott Brown Classic Boys Basketball All-Star game over the weekend at Shady Spring. Harry Silvis won the 3-point shootout while Taj Joyce won the dunk contest. Joyce also won MVP honors after leading the Mid-State AAAA & A all-stars to a 107-85 victory.
