SOFTBALL *DeLaney Gates hit a game-ending three-run home run in the bottom of the fifth to give Warren an 11-0 win over Fort Frye. Emma Lang tripled and scored twice while Danica Gates, Bralynn Bonnette and Marina Johnson had two hits apiece for the Warriors. *Jayda Murray went 3 for 3 with two doubles and four runs-batted-in in Warren’s 13-3 win over Waterford. Kaylee Martin doubled twice and drove in two runs for the Wildcats.

Cooper Aces GCWV Clint Cooper recorded a hole-in-one at Golf Club of West Virginia. Cooper aced hole No. 5, a 110-yard par 3, using a gap wedge. The feat was witnessed by Rich Carpenter, Dick Cooper and Burl Smith.
