*Easton Walker was 3 for 3 with a double and a run-batted-in while Carson Fluty added two hits and two RBIs in Parkersburg South’s 10-0 win over South Charleston. Ben Howell pitched five shutout innings with three strikeouts.

SOFTBALL

*Payten Mackey homered and drove in two runs while Annie Shelton struck out 17 batters over six shutout innings in Parkersburg South’s 8-0 win over Spring Valley. Shelton added a triple at the plate while Allison Curfman was 3 for 3 with a double.

*Katelyn Valandingham and Maddie Hansell each drove in runs in Waterford’s 13-2 loss to Eastern.
