BASEBALL

*Belpre’s AJ Copen struck out 10 batters over innings and went 3 for 4 at the plate with four runs scored and three runs driven in.

*Casey Burkhammer fanned eight batters over four shutout innings in St. Marys’ 11-3 win over Ritchie County. Kyle Bullman was 2 for 4 with two RBIs while Shane Deweese added two hits and scored three runs. Grayson Dodd doubled, singled and drove in all three runs for the Rebels.

TENNIS

*Will Haller and Mills Stull picked up singles wins to help lead Marietta past Jackson, 3-2. Owen Mason and Alex Greenwood won their doubles match.
