Former Paden City High School volleyball coach Fred King, right, is joined by his wife Debby after being inducted into the Ohio Valley Athletic Conference Coaches Hall of Fame recently. King, who currently is beginning his fifth season as the girls basketball coach at St. Marys High School, coached Paden City volleyball for 14 seasons and compiled a record of 378-191. During his tenure, the Wildcats won five regular season OVAC Class A championships and three OVAC Class A tournament titles. King was named OVAC Class A Coach of the Year on five occasions and added an OVAC West Virginia Coach of the Year honor in 2016. He coached five OVAC Class A players of the Year and 35 OVAC Class A all-conference players. (Photo Provided)
