BASEBALL

∫ Tyler Consolidated freshman Reese Davis twirled a five-inning no hitter that featured 14 strikeouts against just one base on balls during the Silver Knights' 13-0 win at Magnolia. Hayden Brown went 2 for 3 with a double and four RBIs. Jayden Helmick, Zade Billings and Ty Walton knocked in two runs apiece.

∫ Brady Swain (3.1 IP, 7 BB, 4 SO) and Evan Swain (2.1 IP, BB, 5 SO) combined on a six-inning no-hitter during Ravenswood's 12-0 win at Roane County. Catcher Andrew Anglin led the offense by going 2 for 4 with a double and three runs-batted-in. Leadoff man Beau Bennett finished 3 for 5 while Evan Swain and Brady Swain joined Anglin and Noah Dawson, who had two RBIs, with a pair of hits apiece.

SOFTBALL

∫ Cali Masters, who went 3 for 3 with a double, two triples and three RBIs, fired a one-hitter with nine strikeouts during St. Marys' 16-2 five-inning triumph versus Magnolia. Ella Bullman (2 for 4, 2 RBIs) launched a homer for the Blue Devils, who also received a 3 for 4 effort from Zoey Winland that included three RBIs. Ava Childers also knocked in two runs as too did Marissa Maston.

∫ Emma Blair finished with a five-inning two-hit shutout that featured one walk and seven strikeouts during Ritchie County's 10-0 victory versus Paden City. Jayci Gray, Olivia Dodd, Maci Ireland and Blake Butta had two hits apiece for the Rebels.

∫ Mikie Lieving fired a 13-strikeout, five-inning, one-hit shutout to lead Wahama past Williamstown, 8-0. Lieving also mashed a pair of homers and finished with three runs-batted-in. Amber Wolfe went 4 for 4 with a round-tripper and two RBIs.
