Hello August!
I'm sure all the parents are excited to see their kids going back to school. At the same time, the children are not ready to go and face the hot classrooms.
August is a month of new beginnings and preparing all the students to go to the next grade and learn as much that they can. Kids had enough time to relax, to stay up late, to go on vacation, to go out and play with their friends, go to the movies and go to the mall, so now it's the time to build up character, kindness, honesty and respect. These are best shown through actions not just words. Don't just talk about being a good person; prove it through your behavior. Help others, keep your promises and do the right thing, even when no one is watching.
Students, it's in your hands. Calm your worries and get in the classroom with energy and with a great attitude. May August bring peace to your heart, hope for tomorrow and blessings beyond what you have prayed for.
Mid-Ohio Valley students, your life is your own journey and you have the power to save it with your choices. Keep moving forward, even if progress feels slow. Your life is precious. Do not waste your time comparing yourself to others or trying to live according to their expectations. Every child, every student is different. Be your own individual and focus on your goals. Learn from every experience. I'm sure there will be difficult days, but in simple words, your life is special and you deserve to live it with purpose and gratitude. Choose what makes you happy. Make sure you're around people who respect you and never stop believing in the person you are becoming. Do not waste your time with things that you're not supposed to do. Every small step forward brings you closer to your goals. Your actions build confidence and experience and strength.
Don't forget, success belongs to those who act with courage and determination. Make sure you stay focused, and keep moving forward. Now it's the time to succeed. Your future is in your hands today. The power of action turns dreams into reality and goals into success. Great ideas become reality, and only you can do it, you can make it.
Later on in life, you will say to yourself, just look at you, despite everything you have suffered and you went through, good or difficult times in school, now you're a strong, kind and resilient human being. You created a better life for yourself, and you continue to believe in yourself, even when it feels like nobody else does. You are able to handle everything life throws at you. You're incredible, and you should be so proud of yourself. Never forget that you are deeply valued and loved.
The challenges you face in school will not last forever. You can get through them and come out stronger. Sometimes things do not happen as quickly as we want, but that does not mean progress is not being made. I don't care what stage of life you are in. My life is always full of ups and downs. You've got to be strong and do the best you can to survive.
Make sure you get involved with good friends, that they're willing to succeed like you do, and you're appreciated. Also make sure you build trust, loyalty, memories and connections that continue to matter through your school years and later on in life. Cherish your friendships and care about others - schoolmates, teachers, etc. No matter where life takes you, you will always have a special, lasting place in their heart, and you can never be replaced. You will always be appreciated and loved.
Students, don't forget, by staying focused, managing your time wisely and never giving up, you can overcome difficulties, fulfill your dreams and have a successful life later on.
