Op-ed: Biden a disaster for America

When Joe Biden bubbled up like swamp gas from the Democrat cesspool, he was infamous for nonsensical, irrational blathering. He was simply dismissed as a dim bulb.
The media and Democrats sanitized, covered up, and apologized for Joe Biden since his influx on the political scene.
He had a history of incoherent speech, saying the dumbest things, telling the most absurd lies, and plagiarizing the works of others. When confronted regarding his lies and behavior, Democrats simply replied, "Well, that's just Joe…"
Biden is on the wrong side of nearly every issue important to Americans. He is dishonest, devious, and unethical.
On the constitutional issue of guns, he sings the anti-gun refrain of so-called common sense gun laws, and fights tooth and nail against Americans' constitutional rights; even the right to self-defense. The Supreme Court ruled the Second Amendment means what it says; Americans have the right to bear arms; meaning carry a gun. This ruling in a New York case, nullifies local, state, and federal gun prohibitions.
One wonders if all Americans incarcerated for exercising their constitutional rights will be released, and/or granted full pardons and their felony records expunged.
The anti-gunners run the gamut from handguns to what they classify as assault weapons. A hammer is an assault weapon in the hands of evil men. Any gun in the hands of nonviolent Americans is a self-defense, sporting or collector's gun.
Biden and his leftist Democrats crave gun-confiscation. Until they achieve that goal, however, they want restrictions on purchasing and when and where one can carry a weapon for self-defense. Worse, they want gun registration creating a government database of gun owners. Historically, this is the first step to tyrannical government. Biden and Democrats are by far the greatest threat to our Constitutional right to bear arms, thus, the utmost threat to American lives. An unarmed society is a vulnerable society.
Biden is flagrantly against border security, resulting in armies of illegal aliens invading our nation. Succinctly, this President of the United States allowed nine million people to illegally cross our open border over the last three years. A nation without enforceable borders is primed for destruction and destined for collapse.
The cost to Americans by this illegal action is immeasurable, but an escalating cost that must be borne by American taxpayers. This action is calculated, not just casual neglect. Biden and Democrats are stacking the political deck and view illegal immigrants as millions of Democrat voters.
The increasing costs for housing, food, education, and medical care for these illegal immigrants are budget busters. The strain on the system results in higher local, state, and federal taxes. These costs will result in an appreciable drop in the quality of education and public services.
The financial costs are not the only significant peril we face with open borders; there are increasing risks of terrorism. When will politicians realize we have enemies that wish us harm among those hordes crossing our border?
Aside from the porous border, Joe Biden and those living in his world of liberalism firmly believe social justice and income redistribution far outweigh individual rights and limited government mandated by the Constitution. These are the creeds of Marxists and socialists, and irrational ravings and accusatory rhetoric are their weapons of choice.
Any concept of people in command of their own lives and government exercising only the powers granted by the Constitution is heresy to the liberal religion. Therefore, any speech against their doctrine is considered blasphemy.
Biden brings us depleted food pantries; overflowing homeless shelters, and prices skyrocketing with Biden-flation. The cost-of-living squeeze is robbing Americans of 20% of their income -- inflation at a rate not seen in 40 years, Bloomberg reports.
The price of gasoline before Biden's election was $1.84. Now, the national average is $3.37. Any trek through a grocery store requires concentrated effort to stifle one's gasps and hide disbelief at Joe's effect on prices.
Joe Biden is an unmitigated disaster as President, and it's impossible to rehabilitate him. Therefore, the Democrats, the left, and the media are jointly intent on destroying the opposition. They know the only chance Biden has of winning is not by falsely praising him, but creating and promoting a deep loathing of Donald Trump. Significantly, their hatred is based not only in their deep fear of the former President's electability but, that voters will realize, inconceivably, this mental lightweight, Joe Biden, is considered the leader of the free world.
