Recently the Downtown Throwdown was held in downtown Parkersburg. It was a great night of food, beer, live music and football. Participants were presented with a variety of delicious food choices from seven local food vendors and a mix of craft and domestic beer from three beer distributors.
Local food establishments attending included D'Paulo's Pizzeria, Hangry's Food Truck & Catering, Pappy's Lip Smackin BBQ, Parkersburg Brewing Company, The Blennerhassett Restaurant, The Cocktail Bar and The Little Stirr.
Event goers enjoyed live music from Moon King and the Jake Binegar Band and the streaming of the WVU v. Pitt game.
