A reality cooking show turns murderous in "Finished Off in Fondant" by Rosemarie Ross.
Courtney Archer is looking for the boost to her career that being on 'The American Baking Battle' will give her. The wedding theme and venue of the Poconos seems perfect, but the reality is anything but. A ratings-hungry producer and a sick cohost puts a damper on things, but when the cohost Skylar is discovered covered in blood, a cake ruined and a dead body dressed in a bridal gown, well things are off to a very bad start. Courtney starts taking notice of everyone behind the scenes, trying to figure out who could have some murderous intentions.
This is a fun cozy read with a reality TV setting and some sweet atmosphere with cakes and weddings. Its a perfect winter pick-me-up.
