Letter to the Editor: Time to clean up

Clean up America the beautiful. How to achieve it? Have plenty of physical help. Start off in West Virginia to pick up tons of miscellaneous litter and trash laying around. All 55 counties in West Virginia along every road and over guardrails is way out of sight, unless you get out of the vehicle and look over the hills, and in ditch lines beside roads.
A solution to pollution, and then recycle all of this debris laying on the ground.
Workfare for welfare is a positive answer. At a moment in time our USA's environment is unhealthy, coast to coast, for wildlife and humans, who created this ongoing crisis the past 60 years. It's time to clean up America the beautiful. Monday through Fridays, workfare participants can work side by side with Department of Highways employees and cities' maintenance agencies -- picking up various trash and separate it all for recycling in the state of West Virginia.
Department of Natural Resources agencies could use help to do reforestation projects along with wildlife and environmental needs.
Trash and litter collects diseases and excessive heat -- very unhealthy for all of us in West Virginia. It's time for positive actions. Speak up to our congressmen and senators ASAP.
