After the recent snafu in the cities church in St. Paul, Minn., in which a group of "protesters" entered the church and disrupted the worship services, spurred on by liberal news commentator Don Lemon, many states are passing stricter laws against "protesters" entering churches and disrupting services.
The minister told the protesters they were welcome to enter and worship, instead the "protesters" began disrupting the services. Many members of the congregation began panicking, believing a church mass shooting was about to occur. Parents were grabbing their children from the church nursery and fleeing the church.
When the minister ordered the "protesters" to leave, the "protesters" refused, alleging they had the right to be there, citing the First Amendment's guaranteed "freedom of speech."
The First Amendment, concerning the freedom of speech, reads (Congress shall make no law) abridging the freedom of speech. The First Amendment does not entitle a group of idiot "protesters" (who likely don't know what they are protesting) the right to trespass into a church and disrupt services.
The First Amendment, also reads, concerning religion "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or the free exercise thereof; the First Amendment does not entitle a "horde" of brain dead "protesters" the right to disrupt church services, to express their point of view, if they actually had one.
If the "geniuses" staging the in-church protests actually read the U.S. Constitution, they would know their right to protest does not give them the right to infringe on other people's constitutional rights, such as the right to attend church service and worship God.
The First Amendment also reads (Congress shall make no law abridging) "the right of people peaceably to assemble and then petition the government for a redress of grievances." This is not what is happening in Newark, N.J., Indianapolis, Minnesota, Chicago, New York City, etc., where violent mobs are assaulting ICE officers, pelting them with rocks, bricks, pieces of asphalt or concrete and other foreign objects, while these brave officers are arresting and deporting violent criminal illegal immigrants consisting of murderers, rapists, child molesters, etc. Truly the worst of the worst violent offenders.
Despite what the Democrats assert, this is not peaceful protesting, protected by the First Amendment. This is out-of-control rioting. Interfering with law enforcement officers performing their duties is a felony punishable by fines and imprisonment, which is where these violent George Soros-funded anarchists belong.
