I am writing to express my appreciation for Councilwoman Sharon Kuhl. Over the years, she has been consistently responsive to concerns I have raised regarding city services.

I live near the Southwood Park pool, and some time ago someone defaced the retaining wall with obscene graffiti. We contacted Sharon, and she promptly arranged to have it painted over. On another occasion, runoff water from the pool area was turning part of our backyard into mud. After we notified Sharon, she personally took the initiative to clear the drainage sewer, resolving the problem.

Most recently, we experienced an issue with our recycling pickup, and Sharon was quick to help get that straightened out as well.

As a citizen of Parkersburg, I am grateful for the dedicated service she has provided to her constituents. Her responsiveness and commitment to addressing local concerns are greatly appreciated.
