Whatever happened to humanity and compassion?

Why is the West Virginia Senate introducing a bill that would remove rape and incest from our current abortion bill?

Isn’t it horrific enough that anyone would endure rape or incest? Must she also have to endure nine months of hormonal changes and the pain of delivery? Do they want anyone they know to have to deal with this? And what happens to any baby that might be the result of rape or incest? Will they pay her medical bills? Will they agree to fund counseling for the mother? Will they guarantee that the resulting baby will have a permanent home? Will they punish the rapist/abuser equally?
