Letter to the Editor: Climate change is still made up

Once again, I see another letter from our Climate Gurus that says the sky is falling. We must do something to help Mother Nature. All the gloom and doom of the Climate Change mantra is evident in each and every letter, whether it is written by the board president or someone else. I have a really hard time thinking that any of them believe in God, although some might, much less have accepted Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior. Believing in God is not compatible with Climate Change, because if you believe in God, you should not worry about Climate Change.
I trust God almighty, am not worried about Climate Change or coal-fired power plants or any of the like. God put the coal, oil, and natural gas in the Earth for us to use and for us not to use it is simply short-sighted and idiotic.
However, there is something the non-believers fail to recognize; the Earth will end some day and not because of Climate Change, but because of sin. Isaiah 65:17 says, "For behold I create new heavens and a new Earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind." What does that mean? Well, some day the Earth will be destroyed, not by water, as in Noah's time, but this time by fire. That is not a gloom and doom belief, but one where God has promised to make a new heaven and a new Earth. The old one will be gone, and we will not remember it again. For me, that is a blessing, as each of us has loved ones who have not and will not accept Jesus. To go through eternity remembering and thinking of those not with us in Heaven would not be pleasant. But, God and God alone has the ability to wipe the memories of this present Earth from our minds and memories. That will be a blessing.
Climate Change people are not doomed because they believe in Climate Change, but are doomed if they do not believe in Jesus Christ, who gave his life a ransom for our souls. If you are reading this letter, then it is not too late, yet. Admit you are a sinner, confess your sins and accept Jesus as your personal Savior. It is that simple. Do it today and quit worrying about Climate Change and start trusting God.
