I am an independent voter, and I gave this ("Beware of Biden") a critical reading. The writer's statements about Trump being treated unfairly, I find hard to believe. The writer makes undetailed statements that preclude fact-checking.
Trump is a narcissist who does not care about the country, only about himself. His legal woes started way before the 90+ indictments he is currently facing. Trump has a charitable foundation, and he used money from it to purchase art for his use. This is low level tax fraud. The IRS rapped his knuckles.
Trump started a namesake university and made promises to enrollees that he could not keep. He was sued in about 2016. Trump settled for multi-hundreds of thousands of dollars without admitting guilt. Trump was taking advantage of people that were unaware of his confidence game.
Trump cheated his brother out of part of his inheritance, using accounting procedures that undervalued his father's assets. His niece sued and won. These statements show behavior patterns; now fast-forward to the current situation.
The writer says the current 90+ charges against Trump are politically inspired and baseless. Let's review them one by one. Trump is appealing an $83 million defamation suit. Trump's asset over valuation trial resulted in a $250 million verdict against him. The case is under appeal. Trump and the writer following his lead claim it was a meritless crime, and the bond was repaid in full. Neither of them understand the New York law he violated, which creates a level playing field. For example, take the situation where Trump and I were competing for a project and we both had to borrow money against a physically similar asset. For Trump's overvalued asset, the bank would charge him less interest, and he would be able to develop a lower bid for the project. If the project fails, the lender takes possession of the asset and finds it will not cover his loan. Trump already has three bankruptcies. The law prevents these issues. Trump's blustering during the trials did not prevent the verdicts.
Trump's trial delays lead me to say he is guilty of all charges, in the court of public opinion. The election is more like a job interview. Trump's legal rights can be resolved in court. If you, the voter, would not approve your daughter dating someone with these legal and moral problems, then don't vote for Trump!
