In 2018, this man Robert Bowers walked in the Tree of Life synagogue where members of the Jewish congregation were holding Sabbath activities. He killed 11 and wounded two worshipers and five police officers. According to the article in the newspaper, his attorney is stating that Robert Bowers was impaired by mental illness.
He planned this attack for six months and had multiple weapons with him. This was an act of anti-semitism. Robert Bowers deserves to die.
The Biden administration pledged during the 2020 campaign to end capital punishment. Almost all the victims' families say that death was the appropriate punishment for Robert Bowers.
