I’ve testified before a number of federal and state grand juries, and I have indicted numerous individuals. In none of them was the subject of the investigation notified so they could have their attorneys come in and try to talk the prosecutor or assistant U.S. Attorney out of indicting them!

Now admittedly none who I testified to indict were billionaires, nor did they have high-priced attorneys trying to run up their billable hours … but I’m calling BS on this practice!

I’m not saying it’s illegal to do this; but it just reinforces that there are two systems of justice: one system for the rich and famous, and one system for the rest of us. The notice that Trump SHOULD receive, if he is indicted, is a knock on his door by the FBI armed with an arrest warrant! Equal justice under the law for all!
