A January editorial page has three letters I want to respond to. “Anti-Racism Act” from a writer in Williamstown. What is your age? Did you go through school learning history that made you racist? We will always have racism, good and bad, rich and poor. CRT, which is under much discussion, is not history. Rather the changing of history and a socialist doctrine are divisive.

Currently undercover taped videos show some educators willing to hide their teachings (curriculums, etc.) so they can continue CRT and brainwash their students. When in our country’s history has a movement tried to change the history already written? I believe Dr. King’s niece has made known what she feels about the negative result of CRT. Do you still have children in school and do you want them being indoctrinated and learning socialist values and opinions?

Now, “The Fight for Democracy” by a writer in Marietta. Your praise for Nancy Pelosi is short-sighted. You forgot she had notice of coming events on Jan. 6 and refused to bring enough security to D.C. The writer stated “the Republicans will continue to criticize Biden on the mess at the border, crime, etc.” You (the writer) called it a mess, and your president went once in two years. He is responsible. And as for the crime, a proven fact is millions if not billions of dollars from George Soros and Mark Zuckerberg were donated to Democratic governors, mayors, elected officials, D.A. and other attorneys who have defended “defund the police and soft crime bills.” And what about the senator from Pennsylvania who wants to empty the prisons? The writer also stated we need to pay our debts. Well, the current president owns a lot of debt and has already stated he will not compromise on debt ceiling. And why do we need illegal immigrants to fill jobs, why not legal?

Last, #3 “Only ourselves to blame,” from Parkersburg. Who is to blame for current D.C. administration? Are you, the writer of that letter? Did you vote for Biden? Seems he is now under investigation (as is his son and brother) for money crimes including receiving money from Chinese Communist government for what? And the FBI and DOJ have become corrupt and politicized. The media and big tech also. They cover up and hide information from the American people. A lot will surface before 2024. So be sure to vote for truth and integrity.
