I just want to know if anybody knows when Webb Pierce, the country singer, came down Market Street on old-fashioned Bargain Days in a convertible with guns on the front fenders. I did not see him perform.

I was in front of Dils Department Store with a small pony and a small mule called Sally Rand, with Toby Allen, which he bought from a carnival. Every time you went behind it, it would kick you.

Also, does anyone remember Nutter’s Restaurant, where you could eat all you wanted for 35 cents and park by the Wood County Jail?
