It is interesting to note in the ongoing coverage of Serena Williams and the end of her career, that the media ignores the superior career of Margaret Court of Australia. It is Margaret Court who is the career singles leader for grand slam majors, both men and women, not Serena Williams.

While Serena has had a stellar career, it is Margaret who has the total of 64 career majors for single, double, and mixed doubles. Serena lags far behind with 39. Look up Margaret’s career statistics. You might be surprised.

Serena Williams played 7 years more than Margaret Court, and has not won after having a child. Margaret Court won a great deal after having children, more than once. She played in a time where players did not travel with family, personal trainers, personal psychologists, etc. that modern era players seem to need all the time. We are perhaps to feel sorry for them making so much money that they need this entourage of helpers to keep themselves going.

But, if the real reason is to be known for the deliberate exclusion of Margaret Court in the media, it is because of her stance against the LGBTQ lifestyle and gay marriage. Because of that, she is a victim of cancel culture. Simply because she does not endorse those types of “politically correct” lifestyles, she is being canceled and is ignored as the greatest female tennis player of all time. Her life time stats prove it.

It is increasingly sad that we live in a time when wrong is considered right and right is considered wrong. Take abortion for example. Even after the justified overturning of Roe V. Wade, pro-death activists are still hopping mad because they cannot kill babies. It has absolutely nothing to do with a woman’s right.

Once a woman becomes pregnant, through whatever circumstances, she is responsible for two lives; hers and the baby inside her. One of those two does not have the right to terminate the other. No matter what the perverted arguments society and Satan put forth, GOD says it is wrong and GOD does not change.

America has problems that can be solved by turning to Jesus Christ. He died for our sins and forgives them if we only ask. Try it today. Go to a Bible-believing church and open your ears. Jesus is waiting for you.
