Paul Gene Flinn, 89, of South Charleston, WV, passed away June 15, 2025. He was born November 18, 1935, in Parkersburg, WV, a son of the late Edsel Ford Flinn and Cora Lanette Woomer. Paul proudly served his country in the United States Army and spent 35 years with the C&P phone company. He is survived by his son, Eric (Lucinda) Flinn of Xenia, Ohio; his daughter, Paula Flinn of South Charleston, West Virginia; grandchildren, Austin, Brittany, Alex, AJ, Victoria, and 12 great-grandchildren. David L. Cottrill, 85, of Parkersburg, passed away June 15, 2025, in the care of his wife of 60 years, Diane Ritton Cottrill and Housecalls Hospice. He was born in Lewis County, WV on June 16, 1939. He was preceded in death by his parents, Leonard and Lottie Clem Cottrill and a brother, James Cottrill. In addition to his wife, David is survived by his sister-in-law, Lucinda Ritton Nekoranec; nephew, William Nekoranec (Jesica); and several relatives in Ohio.
