Carol Sue Martin, 81, of Belmont, WV, passed away Friday, August 22, 2025, at her daughter’s home in League City, TX. A daughter of the late James and Pearl Neff Hissom, she was born February 5, 1944, in Sistersville, WV. She was a former school secretary and librarian with Pleasant County Schools. Carol was a devout Christian and enjoyed spending time with her family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Joseph Martin; brother, Roger Hissom; and grandson, Henry Hale.
