He was born, July 20, 1957, in Parkersburg, WV, a son of the late John W. and Betty June Kellar Archer. He had been Co-Owner of Archer Auto Parts in Marietta, OH, and later Owner of Archer Auto, Truck and Trailer in Parkersburg, WV He had attended Calvary Memorial in Parkersburg, WV.
