She passed away Aug. 16, 2025. at home, surrounded by family after a hard-fought battle with cancer. Born Aug. 6, 1967, she was the daughter of Stephen and Janet Westbrook. She was born alongside her twin sister, Carey, with whom she shared a lifelong bond. Carey provided Carla care and comfort in her final days and was by her side right to the end.
