Sandra Kay Davis, age 83, passed on June 22, 2026, in Maryville, TN. She was born in Spencer, WV, the daughter of the late Ruth and Ralph Everett. She married Richard V. Davis on March 13, 1964, and went on to live in Liberia, Brazil, Spain and Mexico before settling outside of Washington, DC, eventually retiring from IBM and Lockheed Martin.
