A memorial service for David Julius Kanalz, of Vienna, WV will be held on Sunday, Oct. 5th at 2 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church of Parkersburg. David passed away on May 22, 2025, following a brief illness. The service will be led by David’s pastor, the Rev. Annie McMillan. Rev. Dr. Heather Murray Elkins, one of David’s cousins. will offer a brief reflection on behalf of the family. Jeffrey Lee Lucas, 70, of Belpre, Ohio, passed away Saturday, Sept. 27, 2025, at Marietta Memorial Hospital. He was born July 10, 1955, in Oberlin, Ohio, to the late Cecil and Helen Hune Lucas. Jeff worked in the oil and gas business as a Landman. He is survived by his brothers Ronald Lucas and G.
