Randall Lee Bennett, 76, of Vienna, WV, passed away on Sept. 30, 2025, at WVU Camden Clark Medical Center. He was born June 25, 1949, the son of Kenneth and Emilie June Bennett, who preceded him in death along with his oldest sister Judith Dianne (Bennett) Stutler. He graduated in 1969 from Parkersburg High School. While at PHS he was with a band called the “Hemis” He joined the U.S. Army in 1969, and was based at Ft.
