Larry Burl Simmons, 76, of Washington, WV, passed away on Oct. 9th, 2025, at Rockland Ridge Nursing Facility in Belpre, Ohio. He was born on Jan. 22nd, 1951, to Burl & Pauline Simmons of Parkersburg, WV. Larry was a member of the first graduating class of Parkersburg South High School in 1968. After high school, he attended some college and served in the Air Force during the Vietnam War.
