Paul E. “Bub” Starcher, 75, of Parkersburg, passed away November 26, 2025, at the Camden Clark Medical Center. He was born in Parkersburg July 11, 1950, the son of the late Roy E. and Peggy Wilks Starcher. He had worked as a barber in the Parkersburg area and was a member of the Warehouse Church.
