Norma S. Williams, 86, of Cedar Grove, passed away December 28, 2025, at Cedar Grove Assisted Living Facility. She was born April 8, 1939, in Wood County, but grew up in the Coolville area, graduating from Carthage Troy High School in 1957. She was a homemaker, pianist at Pleasant Hill Community Church, and friend to many.
