Our wonderful and beloved mother, Phyllis Acker Miner, aka “Cokie”, passed away peacefully at home in Marietta, Ohio on Sunday, April 26. A date for a celebration of life service will be determined.

Brian Allen Hall, 59, of Parkersburg, passed away April 29, 2026, at the Camden Clark Medical Center, Parkersburg. There will be no services at this time, and Brian will be cremated. Arrangements have been entrusted to Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg.
