Jim Wigal, 85, of Vienna, passed away February 1, 2026, he was born July 19, 1940, in Parkersburg a son of the late Seldon L. Wigal, Sr. and Leona Kaufman Wigal. Jim attended PHS, is a US Navy Veteran, Retired from International Union of Operating Engineers after 50 years of service. He belonged to Vienna Lodge 172 A.F. & A.M. a member and past monarch, Ben Bey Grotto, Scottish Rite and Nemesis Shrine, he was a member of the Westminster Presbyterian Church Vienna.
