Jerry L. Meadows, 83, of Huntington, WV passed away on April 10, 2026 from cancer. He was born November 14, 1942 in Parkersburg, WV the eldest son of Ernie and Mary Romine Meadows, who preceded him in death.
Jerry was a 1961 graduate of Parkersburg High School and a 1964 graduate of Marietta College receiving a BA in Social Science.
He spent his career at Marshall University in the Human Resource Department aiding students with disabilities find success in their college environment.
He donated his body to the Human Gift Registry at Marshall University.
He is survived by his brother, David (Lois) of Parkersburg, sister, Pamela Davis Oxley (Tom) of Poca, WV and several nieces and nephews. He also leaves behind his special longtime friend, Marge Kaib.
