Andrew L. "Andy" Remish, 85, St. Marys, WV, passed away Friday, October 2, 2026 at his home. Born in Cokeburg, PA, on June 1, 1941, he was a son of the late Stephen and Ann Romanesky Remish. He was a 1959 graduate of Ellsworth High School and was a U.S. Marines Corps Veteran. He was a member of the American Welding Society. Employment included the Quaker State Oil Refinery, Williamstown Fabricators, Ohio Valley Steel, and the City of St. Marys on various water projects. Andy enjoyed farming, hunting, gardening, making maple syrup, reading and traveling.
He is survived by two children, Ricky Remish, and Kelly (Rob) Londeree; four grandchildren, Joseph Londeree, Abigail Londeree, John Remish, and Oliver Remish; and one sister, Dr. Joan Reale. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife of 61 years, Charolette A. Remish, and one brother Steve Remish.
Funeral service will be 3:00 P.M. Saturday, October 10, 2026 at Ingram Funeral Home, St. Marys, WV with Father Jim Offenberger officiating. Burial will follow in Cronin Cemetery.
