Helen R. Belt, 79, of Vienna passed away Sept. 23, 2026, at her residence.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday at the Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg, with the Rev. Jimmie Cox officiating. Burial will follow at Maze Cemetery in Calhoun County. Visitation will be held 2-4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
