James D. Jobes, 60, of Parkersburg, WV, died Saturday August 22, 2026 ,at his home. He was born in Parkersburg, WV ,a son of Don and Diana (McKimmie) Jobes.
He was a United States Air Force Veteran and worked for the Belpre Police Department, Washington County Sheriff Department, and Bureau of Fiscal Services.
In addition to his parents, Jim is survived by his wife Renee (Crago) Jobes; stepchildren Chance Fisher, Hannah Mason (Alex), and Morgan Fisher; and brother Jeff Jobes (Joy).
He was preceded in death by a brother John Jobes.
Services will be Wednesday 2:00 PM at Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg with Reverend Steve Peters officiating. Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery North. Visitation will be Wednesday 12-2 PM.
