Constance "Connie" Griffith, 89, of Parkersburg, West Virginia, passed away on July 31, 2026. A woman of deep love, quiet strength, and unwavering devotion to her family, Connie will be remembered for a life grounded in faith, guided by kindness, and defined by her commitment to those she loved. Her greatest joy was her family, and her legacy lives on in the many lives she touched through her gentle spirit and generous heart.
She was born in Parkersburg on June 9, 1937, the daughter of the late Francis and Edith Dotson. After graduating from high school, she married Gene Griffith, the love of her life, and together they shared 67 years of marriage.
Connie worked as a broker with Griffith Realty and later served more than 20 years as an Accounts Payable Manager for Goldsmith & Black. She was a faithful member of Bible Baptist Church.
She enjoyed traveling with her husband, cooking for her family, and spending time with those she loved.
She is survived by her children, Mark Griffith of Belpre, Ohio, and Angie Stewart of Columbus, Ohio; her sister, Barbara (John) Eppley; her grandchildren, Todd Griffith and Thomas Griffith of Belpre, Ohio, Taylor Stewart of Columbus, Ohio, and Joe Stewart of Denver, Colorado; and her great-grandson, Ezra Olivares of Columbus, Ohio.
In accordance with her wishes, no services will be held.
She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her.
