Stephen P. Locke, 83, of Waverly, West Virginia, passed away peacefully at his home on July 10, 2026, surrounded by his family.

Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Monday, July 13, 2026, at Willow Island Baptist Church, 7116 Pleasant Highway, St. Marys, WV. Burial with Military Rites will follow at Willow Island Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday, July 12, 2026, and Monday from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. at the church.
