Cleston D. Garrett, 86, of Arnoldsburg died on July 10, 2026, at Hubbard Hospice House, with family by his side.

Church services in his honor will at the Arnoldsburg Community Church will be announced at a later date. John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer, is assisting the family.
