Robert “Bob” Seebaugh

Robert “Bob” Seebaugh, 80, of Parkersburg, passed away May 31, 2026, at Ruby Memorial Hospital. He was born December 4, 1945, a son to the late Everett and Elsie (Keller) Seebaugh.

Surviving Bob are his wife, Linda Seebaugh; children Kenneth Seebaugh (Jeannie) and Donald Seebaugh (Clarissa); grandchildren Chasity, Keith, Seth, Oceanna, and Kaelynn; great-grandchildren Maria and Brynlee; siblings Barbara Bargeloh, Jim Seebaugh (Elaine), and Myrtle Deems; sister-in-law Iona Seebaugh, and several nieces and nephews.

Along with his parents, Bob is preceded in death by an infant daughter; his brother Tom Seebaugh, and sister Pearl Miihlbach.

A funeral service for Bob will be held Saturday, June 6, at Leavitt Funeral Home in Parkersburg, at 2 p.m. Visitation will be held Friday from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home, and again an hour before the service on Saturday.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Bob’s honor can be made to Edgelawn United Methodist Church, 4804 4th Ave., Parkersburg, WV 26101.
