Patsy Louise Richards, 83, of Parkersburg, passed away June 10, 2026, at Cedar Grove Assisted Living.

She was born in Parkersburg March 10, 1943, the daughter of the late Edger and Mary Marie Elliott.

She had worked in Retail and had been a Manager at Sears for 35 years. She enjoyed quilting, working, attending events at The Belpre Senior Citizens Center and watching the boats on the river from the park. Above all she loved her family and adored her grandchildren.

She is survived by her daughter, Kelly Smith (Lee) of Columbus, OH. Her daughter in law, Angela Richards of Vienna, WV. Her grandchildren, Austin Richards (Alexandra), Nicole Richards (Brian) and Jason and Justin Smith.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Delmos Keith Richards; Her son, Kendall Richards and her brothers, Bub and Carl Elliott.

Graveside services will be Monday at 11:00am at the Sunset Memory Gardens with Pastor Chuck Linder officiating.
