Larry Michael Anderson, 80, of Parkersburg, passed away June 18, 2026, surrounded by his loving family.

He was born April 24, 1946, in Parkersburg, a son of the late Drexel P. Anderson Sr. and Nellie M. Willison Anderson.

He was a lifelong resident of Parkersburg and retired from Eddie’s Auto Parts & Towing after over 20 years of service. He enjoyed spending time with his family and camping on the river.

He is survived by his two children, Deana Branham (Dale) of Drybranch WV and Michael Anderson (Nicole) of Stewart, Ohio, three step children, Jennifer Sargent (Milo) of Dallas, Tx, Charles Davis II (Amy) and Jeremy Watson both of Parkersburg, twelve grandchildren, Drew, Bailey, Brady, Kal, Emily, Charles III, Abigale, Konor, Georgia, Justice, Wyatt and Paisley, seven great grandchildren, Lawson, Brentlee, Tyler, Jackson, Zoya, Coriander, and Elias, two sisters, Martha J. McGee of Parkersburg and Faye Harkins of Chesapeake, VA, his best friend, Jon Lipscomb and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Virginia Anderson, three brothers, Paul, Harold and Drexel P. Anderson Jr. and two sisters, Helen C. Wilson and Dessie “Louise” Sims.

Per our dad’s wishes, cremation has taken place and no formal service will be held. A memorial will be planned at a later time for close friends and family.
